Featherdale Wildlife Park

With the same group (Cynthia, Cailene, Sunny, Angela) we went to Blacktown, a neighborhood further west in Sydney. The house and street style felt a bit American. We had a cheese toastie there and watched the police arrest taking place next door. We visited two thrift stores (Vinnies) and bought a book set in the Blue Mountains. Then we went to the zoo (Featherdale Wildlife Park)! For the first time, we saw kangaroos, koalas, quokkas, emus, all kinds of birds, and dingoes. There was even an albino kangaroo! And you could feed/pet some of the animals, which seemed quite tame because of all the visitors. There was also a small farm animal area with sheep, a donkey, goats, and rabbits.

Went to the local shopping centre and checked out all sorts of shops, even popped into a guitar shop for a bit : )

Before we headed back home, we had a kebab in Blacktown.
