Packing for Cairns

Today was mainly a relaxing and packing day. I watched a little movie, played guitar, and packed my bag for Cairns! My room was quite warm today, and it's getting warmer and warmer, of course. Oh, and I had some leftover spinach, which I had to use up or it would spoil by the time I got back, so I made a spinach toastie with a whole lot of spinach on the side, haha. Typical stressing about bringing too much, but I was well under the limit (luckily, Angela had a measuring device). Around 10 p.m., we went to Scape (the student complex), where Angela, Cailene, and Sunny were. Cynthia arrived later too. We thought it would be more convenient to leave from there to the station; it's a bit closer, and we'll be leaving very early. I even let them try the gingerbread cookies that Mom and Dad had brought for me. They loved them! We had a quiet evening together, everyone doing their own thing (packing, assignments, doomscrolling, etc.). We went to sleep in Cailene's room on her roommate's bed; she was on vacation. Tomorrow, or well, in a few hours already, to Cairns!
