More Welcome Fest, visited some stalls to see/listen to interesting clubs. Had two lectures from my other two courses. So now I've had a lecture from each course, and they seem interesting, yay! One lecturer was a bit boring, but the topic is interesting.
Between my lectures, I sat with Sunny at a cafe on campus. And after my lectures, I had lunch with Cynthia at Laneway, where they sell lunch for a reasonable price. We walked around the introduction market together and then sat at the Courtyard Cafe and looked at which clubs we wanted to join.
USU Movie Night event! Unfortunately, Cynthia and Cailene couldn't make it because their tickets were sold out. Upon arrival, I received a tote bag and a marker to draw on, as a "waiting activity" until the movie started. I met three lovely people (Sara from Italy, Bram from the Netherlands, and Julia from Spain), sat in a row with them, and watched the movie: Mean Girls : )
Afterward, the four of us walked to the Rose Hotel, which happens to be very close to my house, and participated in the second round of trivia they apparently do every Tuesday. At the end of the evening, we chatted with two Australians there; they were very interested in where we were from and tried to guess our accents, haha. We'd love to do trivia with the "Mean Girls" group more often!
